Shipping Zones

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship to all states and union territories within India.

International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We plan to introduce international shipping in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹149 Delivery Charge

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 Hours from the date of order confirmation.

During peak seasons, sale periods, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Public holidays or unforeseen logistical challenges

South Origin shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is not accepted by the customer at the time of delivery or the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • South Origin reserves the right to restrict or cancel future COD orders from such customers.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of return or exchange, return shipping charges may be applicable as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Promotional shipping offers may be introduced from time to time and will be clearly communicated on our website.
